Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 1:00 p.m. is free of charge and subject to availability. Early check-in is also subject to availability and may incur a charge depending on your arrival time.
Is breakfast included?
No. The rate includes accommodation as per your reservation and does not include breakfast.
Stays with children
Children of any age are welcome, always accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed (maximum 2). Children aged 6 and over are considered adults. All guests, including minors, must present identification.
Payment methods and taxes
Payments are made in Colombian pesos. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. Colombian residents are charged 19% VAT, which is not included in the rate and is collected at check-in; foreign guests may be exempt under current regulations.
How does booking work?
You can book online through our secure booking engine (Cloudbeds) or message us on WhatsApp to check availability. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from the booking engine or from our team.
